Andrew Smith is a science street-busker, video maker and presenter. Primarily a physicist but also a science and technology enthusiast, Andrew has recently worked with BBC's Bang Goes the Theory & The One Show, Charlie McDonnell (YouTube) and British Science Association among others. Over the last four years Andrew has honed a unique skill set for explaining complicated science ideas to the young and old, the interested and the bored. His informal approach blurs the line separating science from everyday life, translating equations into ideas. Recently Andrew was shortlisted for the Institute of Physics: schools and colleges lecture tour 2012 with his stage show Smoke&Mirrors (currently in development) and is currently working with Ignite Futures on the world's first science pop-up ideas shop.
